Not to many people have secrets in True Notebooks, not yet at least. I haven't read specifically what all of the inmates have done to get there, not yet at least. Mark is the only character to seem to keep a lot of things to himself. His wife basically tells him he has to go to the writing class. The pros and cons of everything he does, he keeps to himself but his wife has given advice to him. To be honest I have not ever kept something that I wanted to tell someone strictly because of their role in my life. A teacher, aunt or uncle, if I have something to say that is that important I will say it. Actually writing this makes me realize that and now it's quite uplifting. Things should be said if needed and that's how I've always done it.
