"In order to lead, one must serve." a quote I came across when I started doing theatre at the historic Chodl Auditorium at J. Sterling Morton East High School, a school I'm proud of attending, while it did have it's ups and downs, I loved going there. The people I met and the teachers I had sculpted me into the person I am today. At a glance you might say I look quite, smart, and to some, different, but as you get to know me you find out I'm the total opposite, well maybe not the different part haha. Well back to the quote, what does it mean? What does it mean to me and why is it relevant in this post? This quote to me was an eye opener for the world, the working world, it told me in simple words, if you want to be the CEO of a company or head cashier or have a lead role, you must work for the leaders before you can become a leader and this is why I came to college, to learn how to become a leader in a career I have a passion for.
I love that first quote you put on there ite really down to earth
